These are some recipes that I make for my family.


Pumpkin Bars

This is not a Gluten-Free Recipe! This is something that I used to eat but still make it for my kids. Better than chocolate. Delicious, Super Moist, and Super Easy.


  • 2 cups - All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp - Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp - Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp - Salt
  • 2 tsp - Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp - Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 2 cups - Sugar
  • 1 cup - Chopped nuts (optional, I do not use them)
  • 1 cup - Salad Oil ( I use Olive Oil)
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 16 oz can of solid pack pumpkin
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all of the ingredients and mix until blended. Bake in a lightly greased 10x15" baking pan for 20-30 minutes.

Frosting (Just as good without it)

  • 3 oz of cream cheese
  • 6 T - butter
  • 1 tsp - vanilla extract
  • 2 cups - Powdered sugar
  • 1 T - Milk; or more if needed
Combine all of the ingredients except milk and beat until smooth. Add the milk as needed to thin spreading consistency.
